Bout of Books Read-a-thon 11.0 - Summary
This time round I posted my daily updates to Twitter rather than do them here, figuring it best just to do a final summary that included the daily progress.
Due to my reading slump I kept my goal to 3 books and actually read 4 books in total as well as a bit of my current Kindle book and audiobook in the car.
Day 1: 18th August - 220 pages of David Hewson's The House of Dolls.
Day Total: 220.
Day 2: 19th August - final 210 pages of David Hewson's The House of Dolls.
Day Total: 210 pages.
Day 3: 20th August - 96 pages of John W. Campbell's Who Goes There? and 68 pages of Mo Hayder's The Treatment.
Day Total: 164 pages.
Day 4: 21st August - 104 pages of John W. Campbell's Who Goes There? and 187 pages of Mo Hayder's The Treatment.
Day Total: 291 pages.
Day 5: 22nd August - final 155 pages of Mo Hayder's The Treatment.
Day Total. 155 pages.
Day 6: 23rd August - 330 pages of Mo Hayder's The Ritual.
Day Total: 330 pages.
Day 7: 24th August - final 56 pages of John W. Campbell's Who Goes There? and final 230 pages of Mo Hayder's The Ritual.
Day Total: 286 pages.
In addition I read 50 pages of my Kindle book Debora Geary's A Modern Witch and listened to the equivalent of 88 pages of Janet Evanovich's Top Secret Twenty-One.
Event Total: 4 novels as well as part of an ebook and audiobook.
Page Total: 1,794 pages.
This coming week I hope to focus on catching up with reviews before the end of the month.
