On Monday I read in one sitting Sarah Pinborough's A Matter of Blood, amounting to 432 pages.
During the rest of the week I read the first in Anders de la Motte's Game Trilogy, Game (368 pages), Helene Wecker's The Golem and the Djinni (486 pages) and Jane Austen's Sense and Sensibility (480 pages).
I also began Gail Carriger's final Parasol Protectorate novel Timeless, reading 227 pages.
My audiobook continued to be Janet Evanovich's Takedown Twenty and I listened to the equivalent of 100 pages.
My page count for the week was 2,093 .
I have outstanding reviews for both the original and updated Sense and Sensibility and The Game.
A fairly clear week though I do have some books due back at the end of next week and will read at least one of them this week as well as continuing with The Game Trilogy. I also have a re-reading of The Night Circus for my library book group. It is a novel I look forward to reading a second time though am also considering its audiobook version.
