And Ed Helms' little report on how the administration is coming together to put together a plan to save the beloved but beleaguered.... president... Also f'ing brilliant.
I like that Jon has abandoned any pretense whatsoever that this administration might have any sort of redeeming qualities, and is just blatantly laying out their fuck up after fuck up, combined with their utter lack of actual consideration for the American People.
I'm also very pissed - we have a new little changeable sign outside our neighborhood entrance that posts things like reminders for a homeowners' meeting, or neighborhood events. Now it says "PATRIOT DAY - SEPT 11" and has two little American flags pinned to it.
Patriot Day? Is that now the official name of September 11? How about Jingoism Day? How about Forced Patriotism Day? How about Start of Worst Regime Ever Day?
Or to be fair, how about "Day of Remembrance"? That rings much truer.
"Patriot Day"? Give me a fucking break. I'm moving to Canada as soon as global warming gives it the climate of the south.
