I hope you feel better! I use Robitussin Gold, which is pricey, but it's always worked for me...

And I don't think you have to worry too much about your body, it's pretty nice just the way it is!

Next time you start getting sick, you might want to try taking Super Lysine . It helped me when I thought I was getting a sore throat (along with doses of Airborne).
