because I don't know what else to do

Today just happens to be rest day because I'm so wiped out. I have to listen to my body. But I think I'll just do some stretching and pilates. No weights or cardio today. I like rest days because the following day I'm so full of energy and pumped to go. Tomorrow my hubby sleeps in and then I'm heading out to workout. Chest and Back tomorrow. Yesterday I did legs. I am tired today. I have to listen to my body and rest when it tells me too.

Oh I have been taking cinnamon supplements for 2 weeks now and it has really helped with my sugar cravings. The sugar cravings were killing my diet.
