Okay a woman kidnaps a baby from a maternity ward, mind you she didn't attack the parents or anything just kidnapped the baby and the baby was found unharmed. Horrible thing I know. If I were the parents of that baby I'd want to throw the book at the woman and lock her away for life. Well she got 20years.

In July 2006, his mother's boyfriend, Phillip Guymon, hurled the 2-year-old nine feet across a room in Murray, Utah, because he balked at going to bed. The child died from his injuries.
Jayden's mother, Carly Moore, has undergone therapy since the killing. Yet she continues to second-guess herself about her two-year relationship with Guymon.
"There's so much guilt," she said in a telephone interview. "I never saw him hit my kids, ever. But he was gruff in his manner - there were signs that he wasn't most pleasant person for kids to be around."
Guymon has been sentenced to five years in prison for second-degree felony child abuse homicide. Moore thinks the penalty is far too light.

So Guymon that piece of shit only gets 5 years for murder. But the woman who kidnapped a baby for 24hours, with the baby unharmed mind you gets 20 years......
Carly Moore will never get to hold her baby again, never get to see her baby grow up.
But the woman who had her baby kidnapped for 24 hours, was reunited and now has the chance to love that child and see that child grow into an adult.

I do not have faith in our justice system, it is heavily flawed.
Some people get life, the death penalty, or just 5 years or less for murder. What is up with that? I don't understand it? Why are some judges doing their jobs and some just out for the big paycheck?? You judges and lawyers have a duty to the society to keep us safe. If you can't do it then get out of the way for the ones with a conscience.
TO THE JUDGE WHO GAVE GUYMON 5 YEARS, You're as much as a piece of shit as he is.
