Alrighty here we go.

It's August 11th I think (too lazy to look at the calendar) and I just did... a chest workout, yay!! So yeah, on today's menu I was limited on time, so I did the following:

Wide grip incline with a bench push up (grab sides of bench, have friend hold your ankles, do push ups on it while suspended in mid air) as a superset. Then I did a set of flyes after. I did all sets to total failure (when I started losing form).

Now it's been a little over a month since the last progress pics that I did. I've still been doing the muay thai and brazilian jiu jitsu as well as cycling an hour a day (half hour to work both ways) and I think that's been having an impact on my belly fat because it would seem that while I've been busy with the weights, my tummy has decided to turn itself into a muscle gut (don't worry, I know it's partly fat :).
