The numbers are in!

Roar and stuff.

Well this is rather odd, but not good or bad I don't think. I recently had a physical done and had my blood pressure checked. I came in at 106 over 64. To be honest I was quite surprised, in a good way. Part of that physical was also to have some blood tests done, including the testosterone.

Well I went back to the doc's last Wednesday and she told me that my blood tests came back and that my testosterone levels were just fine. That's a relief 'cause it means I don't have to worry about pills/injections, yay. Well on the way out I decided to see if I could get my BP checked again and it was at 97 over 58 (for those I know off this list who I told, I originally said 97 over 62, but I goofed). I believe it is mostly due to the fact that I have been bicycling to and from work every day (a total trip of 1 hour), for the past month now. I know blood pressure goes up and down throughout the day, so I'm not really super worried. If anything I feel GREAT that it's well below the 120 over 80 I'm used to. I talked to the doc and she said that for someone my age, those numbers are good. They would be bad for someone in their 50's but that it's "...often caused by all the pills we have to take at that age".

Also checked the weight too. I'm at 211 and my waist line is getting smaller. I'm trapped in belt hole limbo where if I wear my belt where I'm used to, my pants start falling down and if I wear it at the next belt hole down, I'm crushing my guts and I get wicked "indigestion". So basically I'm really happy that my weight has been around the same and my body fat has been going down :)

Anypoop, that's an update from the wonderful world of Arwen the english bull terrier

:D
