Back to working out

Well, it's been a month since I worked out. My personal trainer sessions ended at that time and conveniently, I've had to take a bit of time off any kind of exercise due to injury (I over stressed my arms grappling and I'm still healing). Anyways, I had had enough of not getting out there to the gym and letting my diet go to shit that I finally just said "Screw this, I'm working out", so I worked out at home last night and I thought I'd post how things went after and where I'm at physically right now. The _other_ reason I'm posting is that I'm almost sure that I'm going to start body building instead of strength training for fighting. I've always been a strong guy and feel comfortable with the strength I have for what I want to do, but my interest to body build has been coming back and I'd like to do that again. I'd love to juice (do roids), but I have to take Synthroid every day because I have no thyroid, so I won't be able to do anything other than all naturals if I choose to compete. Anypoop, let me know what you guys think, what you think is good and what you think I'll need to bring out more, in terms of muscle. I'm a pretty fair guy when it comes to negative and positive criticism. After all, if you told me I should grow more hair, I would TOTALLY agree with you :D As for all that, viewer discretion advised (that's why it's behind a cut :)
