i did not expect that.
i was on the bus today after work in one of the seats towards the front. a woman got on who had a baby. so, like the gentleman that i am, i gave up my seat so she could sit down. the bus was quite full. i was forced to stand adjacent to the seat i had just given up. then the woman proceeds to whip out her breast and start breastfeeding her baby. i could hear the gurgling and everything!
i am all for women breastfeeding in public places. when a baby is hungry, a baby is hungry. i do not, however, enjoy standing less than a foot away from a woman on a crowded bus and being forced to listen to her boob squirt milk out.
it was pretty gross. plus, she wasn't even hot.
