Balancing Act
My checkbook does not balance. I came up with a difference of $18 and some cents or $341 and some cents. In my favor.
How is it that a few hours later, I was able to balance the operating and payroll accounts for Digit on the first try? I could reconcile thousands of entries but could not accomplish the same with a dozen or few entries.
My right fist still hurts from pounding it against the side of a Ford Econoline van that cut me off while walking the mail across the Lyn/Lake intersection. The driver stared me down, daring me to get into the road. Well, I sure showed her and her nascent old woman beard!
