Oddity from work
You can get an odd view of a movie, when all you know comes from reading the liner to the soundtrack. I had one of those odd views to an upcoming release called "The Astronaut Farmer."
It appears that an astronaut, just a little before his first mission, has to quit NASA to move home and save the family farm. However, this doesn't prevent the intrepid wannabe from spending at least 10 times the farm's market value in building his own spacecraft in the barn.
The pictures show him riding a horse and round up cattle while wearing a Mercury/Gemini era space suit. Isn't that a little like the city kid who wears cowboy hat and toy pistols everywhere he goes?
Perhaps the movie makes more sense. Or maybe not. I understand the movie will be released later this month.
