Oct. 17 (or The Day Kuri Moved Into Her Apartment)
Hi!
Who here still knows I exist? :D
Well. For those of you who don't know, I am now a Peppy Kids Club English teacher residing in Chiryu, Aichi, Japan. I had a rough two weeks of training... and very shitty internet access, blegh. But I've finally moved into my apartment. Which will be my apartment for the rest of my stay in Japan, be it a year, two years or whatever. I landed some sweet company housing! :D
What else to write... Ah. I really love teaching children. Like... I thought I would, but it wasn't until I sat in front of the children and had their attention that I thought to myself, "I love what I'm doing". And that made me very happy. This is my calling in life. I've been told by my trainers that I have a teacher's personality, that I seem very comfortable and confident in front of these kids. It blows my mind how much I'm enjoying this.

I'm hanging out with bluesyuy today. Going to walk around my neighborhood and get a feel of where things are and find out where my local 100en shop is. As well as my supermarket and electronics store. Hopefully not too far.
We got lunch from the Sunocos outside the station... And a mister donut. WE CAN'T RESIST IT WHEN IT'S THERE. IT CALLS FOR US.
I need a bike.
