Work stuff
I thought I would follow the lead of another of my LJ friends and make an effort to post more even if the post is only of interest to me.
Gotta love it. My cube number in the new building will be 1666. Nothing like a bit of the number of the beast to be appropriate for the workplace.
Heck, I'm just glad that I will have a cube instead of a 3 feet of desk space in the Training Corral. At least now I will feel somewhat like I'm at work and will be able to have space to decorate and all that good stuff. Right now, I can really emphathize with Les Nessman from WKRP in Cinncinnati.
I'm also thrilled that I won't be sitting next to creepy Humming Man. Turns out that most of the other women in the Corral think he's creepy. Though, when pressed, I can't say why I think he's creepy. I just do. I get that way needy "I'm getting divorced and having massive financial problems and I really like you because you're tall" vibe. In some ways, he reminds me of Greg but without any personality or charisma or his looks. I definitely don't want another one of those again. I'll stick with John.
I'm so very glad that I'm teaching a short class today. I'm really tempted to leave once it's done since I'll be coming in tomorrow.
