Sigh, T minus 2 days
And I still don't have my hat. Supposedly, she was going to send it
Priority Mail over the weekend. I guess my idea of Priority Mail is
different than hers. I also haven't received my underskirt and new
sleeves but I don't really need those, so it's not that big of a deal.
I'm just really frustrated because I have paid for the items and have
been told that they are being shipped multiple times and I still don't
have them. It really makes me hesitant to do business with these
vendors any more.
Let's continue on with what I don't have. I don't have any cauls or
pouches made. I have pouches I can use not to mention a basket that I
can use as well. I just wanted some pouches. I really do need to get a
caul made. I guess I can start it tonight. I'm think that it won't be
too fancy, no beadwork or anything. Oh well, that can always be added
later. I also don't have my dress and I'm thinking I won't be getting
it until Saturday. Sigh, there goes my hope to Scotchguard it before
Faire opens.
What do I have? My nifty girdle and a spare one. I found my dice and
cards to play with. I have lots of jewelry. I have my wool cloak which
isn't all that pretty, but it will do. I'm thinking that I most likely
will just buy a fancier cloak and sew some fleece in for a lining.
Instead of going to the trouble of making a fancy cloak. I'm thinking
that that will be very expensive.
I also still have my cold and am totally stuffed up which really sucks
since I'm also teaching class and that is really hard to do effectively
when you're dabbing at your nose every three seconds or mouth
breathing.
Ok, I need to get ready for my session starting at 1:00, of course
there will be more later.
