work, fun and darts
Well, let's see, I have finished the exercises that I'm going to do in my class that's starting next week. I have finished the powerpoint slide deck that we're using in class. I've sent out lots and lots of appointments for classes and other things. I've answered and sent lots and lots of emails. How I wish this process could be streamlined. My mailbox is very, very full. But I feel like I've accomplished some things. Go me!
Tonight I get to go work on the script for Faire this year. What fun! I hope we make some progress. I really want us to have a script so we can start promoting the Faire for this year. Once I get that done, I'll set up the community for the Faire. And maybe we can get people starting to read it. Well, the only way that will happen is if we put the community on our website, not like that is going to happen.
Looks like John might be able to help us convert video to digital. Of course I'll have to come up with a way to repay him...that could be fun for me. *grin*
Still doing the match.com thing and have had a sudden surge of guys being interested in me. And two of them are actually emailing me. I do need to reply back now that I've gotten on top of work stuff. They seem ok, one is a pretty good emailer, but we'll see. I'm not sure if I'll keep up with it after my 6 months runs out.
I am definitely looking forward to my 3 day weekend this week. Maybe I will actually get my house clean. I'm realizing that if I do manage to get a date, it might be nice to have a clean house to show off.
Darts is starting up next week and I am looking forward to it. It's going to be harder for me to be one of the top women in C league. There are 2 women who have a 10 handicap. I think we're the lowest ranking C team this year. There are a lot of really good teams this season. Maybe if we got rid of Amy...She only shows up when Darrell is there and throws like 2 games and then leaves. I think we need to ask her if she really wants to be part of the team. We're thinking about adding Shawn and Kaleigh to the team since so many of us are going to be missing weeks. So I don't think we'll be defending our title this time. But we'll have fun and that is what matters. My goal for this season is to get back up to a 9 and if I can break 10 that would be great. I also want to get 3 All-Star points, tons and marks.
