Monday, Monday
Back in the office again, you know, I could get used to these office days. Well, it's not really an office day, I'll be driving to lovely Asheboro after lunch to set up for class. I know that I probably should spend the night there, but you know, I really like sleeping in my own bed and the Felix kitty really likes me home. Besides I'll be gone the next two weeks so as much home time as I can get is a good thing.
Went to the doctor and got fussed at for not coming in for regular checkups and file updating but only coming in when I'm sick. So now, I'll have to make sure to come in at some point for a checkup. Yes, in my abundant spare time. Well, the doc doesn't know what's wrong but went ahead and gave me the Z-Pac and had my white blood cell count run. And if that turns out to be really high, they'll make me come back in. So far, the Z-Pac seems to be working. My lymph glands aren't nearly as swollen as they were but now the acid reflux is kicking in so the throat still hurts some. I just can't seem to win.
Had a nice weekend of doing nothing. Got some Vitamin D therapy which was nice. Also went to a RenFaire planning meeting. Looks like I've committed myself to doing some storytelling for the Gaelic Myths and Mayhem event in October. And they're ok with me going as the Glam Goth with corset and long skirt. *grin* So now, I'll be memorizing some stories. Whee!! Also have to track down talent for our "Christmas at Camelot" event.
Still no word from BCBS. Sigh! Patience is a virtue, I keep telling myself. So now I've got to work on the FCB presentation. That shouldn't be too bad, I do need to memorize that one though since it's all facilitation. Gah!
