Blah, What a great start to the day...
First off, I feel like I'm getting the flu. Everything in my body hurts, I have a temperature of 100 and change and my stomach is feeling a bit icky too. I wish I could stay home and rest, but NOOOOOO, I have to drive an hour to Rocky Mount and finish Day 2 of my class and then drive home. Ugh! That is going to be really hard. This is one reason I wish I had a normal job. There's only 1 other person in my department who teaches this class and she's busy today. So I will just have to suck it up and do the class. I'll be pounding the Tylenol and sucking down the water and praying that I make it home ok.
Then it looks like I've gotten some spyware or other bad stuff on my computer. I keep getting popups for "scan your system" software. My firewall is still running and I've run AdAware and Spybot twice and it keeps happening. Sigh! I've got emails out to Greg and John to see if they can recommend some software to download to fix the problem. Hopefully, John will be able to look at it next week. Greg being in Arkansas, that's a little harder for him to do. It'll be interesting to see who responds first. I just hope someone responds quickly. Guess it's a good thing that I'm sick, I won't be spending much time in front of the computer.

*edit* Well, I've heard back from both John and Greg. John's advice was a little more useful than Greg's including a link to a site to get a cleanup program from. Greg's was just to update my Virus scan program.
I also nearly fell asleep on the drive here. I may have to take a nap before heading home. I'm drinking a Dr. Pepper to try to stay awake. The Tylenol is kicking in so I don't feel so achy. But I know that I am sick. Sigh
