Happy Friday

Man, it's finally Friday! It seems like this has been one of the longest weeks ever. I guess being in Tucker Sunday through Wednesday has really thrown me off. Not to mention feeling slightly under the weather most of this week. I'm wondering if I picked up some freaky bug out in Arkansas since I haven't been feeling well since I was there. But it seems to have worked it's way out. I guess not sleeping a lot has something to do with not feeling well too. I'm one of those people who really likes to get those 8 hours we're supposed to and lately, I haven't been. I swear, I'm turning into the Boy and just not getting any sleep. Hopefully, I will be able to get some sleep tonight.

I'll definitely need some sleep too, tomorrow promises to be a jam-packed day. Got the volleyball tournament tomorrow. I don't know how we'll do either. We're going to be missing one of our star players and two of our other players won't be there either. And we're playing a team that has added a bunch of really good players (players that I don't think should really be playing on Rec League night). Well, if we lose, then we get to sit out in the sun all day and drink beer and see some good volleyball. Then after that, go back home and shower and then head out to the RBC Center to tailgate/watch the game. So I will have to pace myself and not get too buzzed too early in the day. And I definitely need to remember to bring some Tylenol with me.

Then Sunday should be a day of rest and time to tackle Mt. Clothesmore again. And maybe swing by some apartment complexes to check them out. I like to do a drive by before I call to look at a place. I want to see what cars are in the lot and all that good stuff. I've found a few possiblities, but the one with a ton of square footage for the same price as where I'm living is right off Lynn Road and that might be farther out than I want to live, but it is on Lake Lynn so I have a walking trail. And I've been thinking that even though I don't really want to live in a complex, there are some advantages like workout facilities and a pool. And if I pick one that caters more to adults/working professionals, maybe I will be ok.

Ok, I really should get some work done today....Don't worry, I'll be back posting details of last weekends fun with sameoldwheel.

apartment hunting, health problems, hockey, volleyball, traveling fun
