Washington!
Hi all! Sorry for the lack of updates. Been busy hiking, not internet-ing.
I'm in Washington, about to to back to the Oregon border (Cascade Locks) to enjoy a trail festival. The mosquitos are better now, as I've seen the first very light frost at higher elevations. The trail goes much more up and down, but rarely to the heights it was going to before; never again above about 7.2k feet.
There's so little internet availability, I might not update again before this hike finishes, but I'll certainly have things to post (photos?) when I'm done. I have hopes of hiking Washington in both directions, not finishing when I get to Canada, but doing a little extra.
Breakfast is awaiting, and so is the next person who wants this computer, so until mid-October or some other internet availability...
