Gnocchi

Does anyone have a recipe for gnocchi that actually stick together? I've tried a few lately with disappointing results.. with both potato and pumpkin, the gnocchi disintegrate on boiling. I have been using a cup of '00' flour and one egg yolk with approximately half a cooked, mashed butternut pumpkin or three large potatoes, with no success. I've also been dusting my hands with a bit of semolina before forming the gnocchi. I tried looking on santushhtah but couldn't find any recipes there.
