"You talkin' to me?..."
Sometimes people do try too hard and don't realize that everyone else can tell. I will admit that sometimes I am that person who is trying too hard and I always end up feeling stupid in the end. I really wish I were better with words. It seems like I always have the perfect thing to say building itself up in my head, but in route to coming out of my mouth, it gets dumbed down to something completely different. Why must I always figure out the right thing to say after the moment has passed? I get so frustrated. From now on I think I will just keep my mouth shut, right down whatever it is I come up with, hand it to the persons involved and say, "this is what I meant to say but couldn't get out in time."
