So I am back in L'ville...again. That's okay, I always do enjoy myself here.
I figured I'd finally update, everyone else is doing it, and that's pretty much what I base all my decisions on. I've had two tests thus far this semester and am pretty disappointed with both of them. Here's a little run down of what I think of second semester classes:
My Sociology professor is even more boring than my History teacher from last semester, AND he has the worst Boston accent I've ever heard. I do the crossword everyday.
My English teacher has a speech impediment. That could be seen as entertaining or annoying, in this case, it's annoying. I find myself only able to concentrate on the words he mispronounces which are sadly the least important ones.
Biology is basically a painful repeat of last semester. And I sit next to a smelly dumb girl.
My health teacher has a statistic of giving 70% A's. Enough said.
Finally I am finding myself with more things to do, and more people to do them with. I feel like everything is back to normal and back to how it should be, and I really couldn't be happier. These next couple of weeks are probably the most exciting I will have for a while. I'll be attending a superdy duper Super Bowl party, celebrating a birthday (not mine) AND... seeing freakin BUTCH WALKER. Be jealous. I went to one show and probably experienced the best performance ever. I'm pretty sure we fell in love at his last show too so, we'll see where that goes... I can't wait. And in about two weeks I will be skiing, for the second time (the first was in the 7th grade, I'm pretty sure it's like riding a bike though...) on a Campus Outreach retreat. I went for the first time to CO on Wednesday and really enjoyed it. It's something completely new for me and I guess it's never too late to get into that kind of thing.
In other news I am currently apartment hunting with three other girls. We are currently considering The Reserve, University Commons, and we are still going to look at River Club. Any opinions from past tenants? Wow, me? apartment hunting? This is about as adult as I will get. Remember this moment.
