Next week, the chaos begins:
Richland Waves Summer League swim team...I can't wait.
This event is quite possibly the one thing I look forward to the most every summer. I pretend to hate it, but in reality, Thursday nights are the highlight of my week. Some of the funniest people I know are all grouped together in the "Bull Pen" making fools of themselves. Whether it be making fun of eachother to no end or simply standing in the grass and urinating all over themselves...I am always entertained. The fun even continues afterwards: watching five people crawl out of a window at 3 in the morning and an hour later seeing only two crawl back in and thanking God that I chose to stay inside..there's nothing like it. Yea and we swim a little too... Although as we have gotten older now I am afraid of losing the spark. I just hope some people don't get "too cool" to act like an idiot, because everyone knows, acting like an idiot makes you cool... I've grown up swimming with most of these same people and couldn't imagine being on any other team.
