So I've returned to Purcahse after a week long break. It was fun. Patched up something I thought I may have lost forever, which made me really happy, did work on the ring and got lots of progress, got to relax and chill back at home, got my hair cut nice and short, and got to see and hang out with a lot of people. Also saw 300, which was awesome. There were a few things on Friday and Saturday that got on my nerves, but I didn't let it get the best of me. All around it was a good spring break, which is a big improvement from last year, heh. However now that I'm hitting the home stretch back here at Purchase I have tons of work to do before the semester is over.
My Writing About Cities course is getting more and more ridiculous. Only seven people showed up to the class today, and this other kid and I were an hour late to bring it to seven. I had to spend an hour and a half to try and get the slow ass computers in the library to print out stuff for the class. No one does the reading because the teacher expected us, journalism students, to read four 300 page books in a month. One of the books is also hers and she just repeats herself almost all the time, referring to her book and experiences from working as a city reporter. It's nice, but she overdoes it and it gets boring. Practically everyone has lost interest in the class and she's getting really aggravated with all of us. It's getting so bad that she apparently showed up late due to traffic and ended class an hour and a half early at 4:30. A lot of us in the class will be lucky if we pass it.
No class tomorrow, but I need to go into White Plains to finally buy the latest PC Gamer so I can have the info on Eye of the North and Guild Wars 2. I also need to go and start doing research for secondary sources on my last 10-page paper due in about two weeks. Also I just found out that Brittney's 21st birthday is tomorrow and she's having people over next door. So I'll have to make an appearance if not go for a while.
That's all for now. Until my next update.
