I didn't plan an update (because nothing ever happens around here), but I thought a little last entry before I leave would be appropriate ;) ( I just don't want to come back and find that 90% of my LJ-pals have defriended me for not writing anything for so long
)
Anyway, tomorrow morning at 7:30 we'll leave for Berlin, our flight is at 12:50 and we'll be in Paris at about 2:30 pm. So we'll have an entire afternoon to check out the area where we live and the apartment and whatnot.
Everyone of us has made a plan for an entire day. I'll lead us to Nôtre Dame and the "Père Lachaise" Cemetary, Christoph will be the tourguide for the Eiffeltower, my mom's "projects" are Versailles and several museums (
). I'm not sure what my dad is going to do, he's still looking for torture-museums and historical places of the Révolution. I guess in case he doesn't come up with anything decent, we'll end up at the Métro-Station "La Bastille" and check out the paintings on the wall. Well, that's at least something ;) I must admit I'm a little proud of myself, I managed to book the tickets for all of us a while ago and figured out all the Métro-Stations we'll need for our trips, so we don't have to search and look and freak out while we're there. Next Tuesday, dad, Christoph and I will go to Disneyland. My mom hates amusement parks and decided she'd rather spend money on a shopping spree in Paris. Tz.
Speaking of which... yesterday we went to the mall and got me some new clothes. We spent over 120 Euros, if I'm not mistaken. Well.... as long as it's not my money. I'd never be able to spend over 100 bucks on clothes... on one day! Today we went out for lunch, to a Czech restaurant. After that, my dad spotted a "Schau-Backstube" - a bakery where you could watch the bakers doing their work, and of course, he dragged me there and so we (all of us - 5 people) stood there in a row like morons watching the bakers. When one of them noticed we were there, I started to wave and made an even bigger idiot of myself. Why can't I just be normal for a minute, or two?

Mom also has this new camera, and I already took some pictures with it. Jucheissassa, pictures.

That's a puppet my mom made years ago... the "Gurkenkönig" (Pickle-King? wtf)

"Piss off already..."

I definitely take too many pictures of the cat. But she's my muse.:P

Bye-bye.
