OMFG Update!!!!
I spent a good chunk of last night baking cookies for a social theory study group taking place this morning. I am now up several hours before said session is supposed to take place baking another batch of cookies because last night's didn't come out quite to specs (although they tasted really good). I've always been anal retentive about baked goods coming out just right, but it's worse now. I feel pressure to make sure the cookies come out perfect because they're vegan, and I don't want non-vegans to get it into their heads that vegan=not as good. Ah neuroses...
I can't wait for the term to be done. Four classes plus two jobs has not been fun. I've made it all work, but just barely. I'm going to need every day the break has to offer to cool down so as not to burn out.
Gotta go check on the cookies...
