This is sooo good. I knew 2008 was going to be a good year. *babbling* Plot, beautiful plot! And Hikaru in a garbage bag. Just the right mix of mystery and angst, of things unresolved and of dark secrets from long ago. I like your Akira: he's mature, practical and passionate. Ogata, too, with his obsession (still) and the way Hikaru knows it but doesn't say. The mention of wisteria!

The wait for fic from you is totally worth it.

AHHH! What's next? I'm so curious! How this must tear Hikaru apart. What a great idea, to have Hikaru be accused of cheating like Sai. And oh, like Luce said, I love the way Akira speaks here--he's no-nonsense but also fiercely protective of Hikaru. Tsutsui calling at the right moment! Ogata being sly and speculative!
