I'm now kind of skipping around, but here's another SPN post...
I skipped over the second half of season two, because watching Sam die just isn't really palatable for me, and I had a virus from one of the sites I used to watch the vids on. I purchased S3 off iTunes, and I'm...On episode 13 of 16.
Allow me first to flail and die a little bit on the inside and on the Internet.
HOLY SHIT YOU BOYS ARE TOTALLY FUCKED. DEAN, YOU SUCK AT INDEPENDENCE. SAM, YOU SUCK AT BEING NICE. YOU BOTH ARE THE MOST ADORABLY FUCKED UP PAIR OF BROTHERS I'VE EVER SEEN.
Also, if Sam's the Antichrist, I will lol so. Goddamn. Hard.
Anyway, the best thing I've seen so far is "Mystery Spot," in which a Trickster traps Sam in a Groundhog Day loop where it's always Tuesday and Dean dies every day. It kind of got to the point where I was laughing at how ridiculous Dean's various deaths were. And then the Trickster releases a very grouchy Sam from this loop, and it's Wednesday...and Dean dies again. This means he's died...one hundred and something times. Of course, this drives Sam a lot crazy, and he goes all vengeance-y over the Trickster, and I swear, I'm a Dean girl, but pissed-off, vengeful, slightly psycho Sam? I can't even breathe. Hot as Hell here. But yeah, it was really, really good, and the world's set to rights...
Aside from that little deal with the Crossroads Demon that Dean made to bring Sam back the dead last season. That's still in effect, though Sam kills the demon in a very "Holy Shit!" moment.
So, as of right now, Dean's got two months to live before he dies and goes to hell. I'm rather uncertain as to how he gets out, but I've heard that it has to do with Castiel, who I already love even though I've never seen him. TV Tropes has been very flattering. I'm excited. Once I'm done with S3, I'll move on to S4, where I already know Castiel will be introduced and I shall have to decide if I ship Sam/Dean, Sam/Castiel, Dean/Castiel, or Wincestiel (I have the sneaky little suspicion it'll be that last one, my friends and ninjas.
Expect another post once Dean's dead. Again.
