[The Winnebago] Trying to erase things
For almost 24 hours Muds has been shut up in his winne and driving away anyone who tries to pester him. This isn't exactly unusual. To the other inhabitants of Kong, this can probably be easily written off as him being in "one of his moods".
This is a special case, however. Ever since hearing tell of his younger alternate and that versions particular...interests...Muds has been a little off. Sure, it's an alternate version of him and a whole different universe, but this sort of thing makes you question yourself, what makes you who you are, the core nature of things and other deep and philosophical bullshit that hurts his head. So, to combat this line of thought, he's been drinking heavily and utilizing his Christmas gift from the dullard...well...the other one. He's even filled the hookah with the stoli rather than water for the last few bowls.
Thoroughly plastered, and more than a little high, he feels the time has come to go bother the Nexus with the questions that still won't leave him be.
He leaves a note on the door of the winne out of some bizarre sense of courtesy or perhaps for personal amusement.
