So I am reading "Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance" by Robert M. Pirsig.
It is kind of a hard book to describe clearly. It is "An Inquiriy into Values" if that helps you out. I think of it in this way. It is a philosophy book that is explained through a man's trip with his son. It is pretty baddass. It gets heavy at times where my brain doesn't want to think and has trouble wrapping itself around what he is saying.
But the format is as follows. First-person narrative of traveling stuff, and motorcycles, then some philosophy stuff for a few pages, then once you think you might give up and put the book down, it goes back into traveling stuff. So it is easy to just fly through, but I like to once in a while think about the hardcore stuff.
Speaking of, my previous entry was about a passage I just read. It might not make complete sense as the passage relates a little bit to other parts of the book and surrounding material that I just didn't copy down, but maybe it will pique your interest. I might be done with it in week or so, so you can borrow it.
That is all.
