poems
two poems (not by me) i really like.
" When nobody seems to love you,
And trouble's everywhere,
When skies turn dark above you,
And joy turns to despair,
When everything just falls apart,
and no one seems to care,
Jus' look down deep inside your heart,
And know that GOD is there."
Broken Dreams
"As Children bring their broken toys with tears for us to mend,
I brought my broken dreams to God
Because he was my friend.
But then instead of leaving Him in peace to work alone,
I hung around and tried to help
With ways that were my own.
At last i snatched them Back
and cried,
'How could you be so slow'-
'My child,' He said,
'What could I do?
You never did let go.'"

sometimes we can't fix everything. We won't win in every fight. But by giving your problems completely to God, He will fix them for you in His own time which is the perfect time. In all my experience, i have found this to be 100% true and then some. God loves us so much beyond our comprehension. I'll never feel alone knowing that He is always there, in my heart and in my mind and in the minds and hearts of everyone else.
