Devinnola Shadowraven strides through the Argent Tournament grounds, searching for a particular face. The roar of spectators emitting from the Crusader's Coliseum gave her a clue where she could find her prey so she waits impatiently by the gates, disdainfully eyeballing a few Alliance champions as she shifts from one foot to the other, tapping a toe intermittently.
Finally the Herald appears and she quickly catches his attention with a sharp wolf whistle. He meets her penetrating gaze with a rueful smile and shakes his head at her familiarity.
"I should have known it was you."
Her trademark smirk spreads across her face and she jerks her chin up in acknowledgment. "Yes, you should have. Got a moment?"
"For you? Always." Jaeren Sunsworn points to the nearby wooden bleachers overlooking a jousting circle and she joins him, crouching warily as she looks over the attendants.
"Going to make me guess what it is that you want?"
"What if I said it was you?" She shoots him a wicked grin and speaks again swiftly to silence whatever his answer may be. "Actually I need your help. I have a plan to bring my merry group of marauders together and I want to use the facilities of the Crusade to do so."
"Care to be more specific?"
"A veteran member had the idea of staging a jousting tournament of our own. I want you to grease the wheels in order to make it happen."
"You think I've got that much pull?"
"Sure I do." She sits up straight and deepens her voice in an imitation of him, "The Argent Crusade invites you to test your skills in honorable combat against other heroes of Azeroth at the Argent Tournament. The champions of the world's greatest nations have gathered at the Argent Tournament Grounds in northeastern Icecrown to face all challengers."
He frowns and makes a face, frowning as he asks, "Do I really sound that stuffy?"
"Yes. But it works for you. In any case, think it could be done?"
"Not if you are in charge."
She scowls and opens her mouth to protest before nodding in agreement. "Fine. What if someone else were to present themselves as the requester?"
"Depends. Who did you have in mind?"
"An old Tauren by the name of Mwawka. It was his idea in the first place. And if it's about money, I can --"
He interrupts her, "It's not that. It's about the sake of appearances. The Sunreavers and the Crusade don't mind paying you to do their dirty work... but you're not exactly the poster girl they had in mind for advertising their cause. Have Mwawka get in touch with me by the end of the day. I'm sure I can work out something."
