what up, y'all? it's ya girl vita, first lady of murder I-N-C! i just made this journal today, just to see what it's about, 'cause i noticed some of my clique is up on here like ashanti, chuck, and ja. mad shouts to them.
i also wanted to let y'all know, i'm still a part of the murder inc. family. it's like a family, the inc., and it's so hard to leave your family.
Apparently it is really "Murda 4 Life," as Ja Rule has dispelled rumors that Vita left his musical family. "She's a part of Murder Inc., and her album will be out real soon on Murder Inc. Records," Ja said backstage at Jamaica's Reggae Sumfest on Saturday. -- from mtv.com
thanx for lettin' em know, ja. so, we're 'bout to put out my album, La Dolce Vita, next month. i'm working real hard on that... hopefully y'all will appreciate and love it! the first single, "justify my love," is a cover, courtesy of madonna, and i'm very proud of it. i'm so happy madonna allowed me to do a cover of one of her songs -- she's so talented. the song features some vocals from my girl, ashanti. the video won't be quite as scandalous as madonna's, but it should be hot. anyways, i'm out. peace.
