Wow, so the board whose members she could fire sided with her? What a shocker. Did anybody ever think that she would get an unfavorable outcome from this panel? It would be like allowing the Enron executives to be tried by their employees. The legislature's panel was obviously the less biased one, but all you'll hear about today and tomorrow is how she was vindicated by this panel with no mention of the obvious conflict of interest. It really does show that the Republicans don't care at all about ethics or impartiality, only about how they can spin things to escape consequences for their actions.
