kids are STILL weird~
More kid hilarity! So, today the kids were making some sort of pictures of famous people, on paper plates out of colored noodles and beans and stuff like that. We had loads of books of celebrities, historical figures, etc. they could look at, but some of the boys really didn't like that and wanted to do fictional people instead. So we agreed, since really them even agreeing to do the crafts instead of rampaging around the room is a job in itself most of the time. So in addition to various actors and whatnot we also had things like Mario, R2D2, that kind of thing.
And then this one that one of our kids (a 2nd grader) made:
A pea-shooter from Plants vs. Zombies. XD Hey, it fit the criteria we gave and was better than some of the other things some of the kids did (like one kid who just wrote "Star Wars" on his) and was actually recognizable! So I thought it was awesome.
