Free health food, anyone?

I'm on this sort of low-level health kick right now (no doubt partially due to reading Omnivore's Dilemma), and today I found a page on kashi.com - the healthy snack food company's site- where you can have a free snack sent to you! I've never eaten anything from this company, but I liked that you pick the snack you'd like to give up from a list, and then they suggest what you might want instead from their selection.

Free Snack!

I'm getting some kind of 7-grain crackers, since I usually binge on salty or savory stuff.

By health kick, I should clarify that I'm not dieting or anything like that, just that I've started reading labels at the grocery store like crazy, and I'm attempting to not buy things with high fructose corn syrup or additives that I can't identify, and I'm getting more serious about organic products and paying attention to the origins of my food. I'm also trying to get more information, since lord knows you can never tell which story you read is the right one.

Yep, I'm a hippy. Too late to deny it, right? :)
