[livejournal][life][japan] oh, lj, how you fail sometimes
So, I fail at updating. I'm still here, just....derping. But wow, LJ, way to explode and fail. I stay on your service because I want to stay away from Facebook as much as possible and you go and make it right there on every single goddamn comment box. I hate Facebook. My friends know how much I hate Facebook. I prefer the Dark Age where people invite people to parties because they want them there and where I can keep my life as private and anonymous as I want.
Which means my feelings on this new feature? GET. OUT.
But then, I'm irrational.
Anyways, FIRST, check out lady_angelina's repost of a very informative PSA regarding this fiasco at her journal here. And yes, read it. It'll clear up a lot of the misunderstandings going on.
Secondly, this goes without saying, but do not link/crosspost anything you see on my journal to Twitter, Facebook, or whatever without my permission. This goes doubly if it's a locked post, even if it's just your comment. I don't want people finding my LJ unless I give it to them. Thank you.
Uh, otherwise, I've been okay. Had a slight migraine last night that has turned into unbearable fatigue this morning, but otherwise good. Still sadfacing over my parents having gone back to America. Being with them for a month was a good reminder of how much I miss them and how much I need to go home eventually. Yeah, I love Japan, but I need to get my life back on track. XD More than likely this will be my last year on JET, and then I'll either go home to start my Master's or start one up here.
Now I just need to figure out what I want to do. orz
But yes, had an awesome time with my parents just lounging around and going to see family in Hiroshima and Tokyo. They say they want to come back again toward spring, so I have my fingers crossed.
