In America no one has died from it yet, but I believe 81 some odd people have died in Mexico where the initial outbreak occurred: that's what is scaring people.

There's a valid reason for concern, but, you know, no more than during regular flu season as far as I see it.

It's not the Americans; it's the World Health Organization (WHO) because the people who are dying from this are young adults rather than the elderly or children like normal. The other reason is because this virus has the ability to transfer from human to human, which makes it more dangerous since humans have no immunities to animal flus; unlike with normal flus.

Haha, can you tell I've been reading up on this? People want to know my opinion, so I have to watch the news. :[

Yeah, it really has. Once the disease presents as a true threat, then I'll start worrying, but until then, I'll just be like: "meh."
