So I really don't have much to say....

Moving back and forth between Muncie and Waldron. Moving out of my university home for good. No more Muncie.

Got a 4.0 this semester. Go Team!

Some heavy stuff going on in my mind lately.

I need some friends out here. I love my family. More than anything, I think... But being with the same two and a half people 42 hours a day 9 days a week is just tiring. I need a friend to go out and have a beer with... or to just do something *else* with.

Started getting rid of everything today. I don't want my stuff. I don't need it, and it's a pain to transport. So I've started just tossing things in bags and taking them to Goodwill. There's going to be some well dressed young poor ladies round town :) And some children well equipped with stuffed toys.

Walked the tracks yesterday. I need to go out there with my camera (whose name is Robin).

Let's talk about Robin for a moment. I love him. Canon Rebel XSi. EOS FTW. Manual focus. F stop of glory. Bulb. Detachable lens. A real camera. DSLR <3 My graduation gift.

A sample photo from dear Robin.

AFK dinner.

Back now.

I've got some photo shoot ideas that I need to do. One of them requires lots of little colourful things. Jelly beans, bottle caps, army men, skittles. Very small things preferably. It shall be fun. I also need a studio.... a backdrop and some lights. Less fun. Lighting always upsets me, because I don't have a light kit. I use computer screens, torches, lamps to be my light sources.

Amateur lighting is always fun, because you have to be creative. It's fun to see the results, too. But now that my equipment is halfway good, I'd like my pictures to be a little higher quality; and that means mastering lighting. I hate wasting good ideas on not being prepared. I now have to do a re-reprise with my glass chess set... Now that I can focus manually.

I'm thirsty.

eos, awesome, stuff, xsi, thirst, camera, rebel, trash, new, canon
