Surprise!
The lease is up Aug 31, not Sept 31.
*sigh* Well, in the long run this may work out better, since I think more people will be looking for a Sep 1 move in than Oct 1.
But hooray, the rent is only going up $75 (total). Also, new people mean I can renegotiate how much my room is worth relative to how much my roommates pay.
And two of my friends may actually be looking, so that would be *waaay* more convenient than trying to craigslist.
