It's almost here, 3 days away. But enough of that, let's talk about Christmas.
I'll tell you it was pretty good. Picked up my brother from the train station and went to my dad's for a bit. Then I came home and went to bed. The next day got off to a late start. I got to dad's around 1 or so and was surprised to find the brother and sister still asleep, especially since we had things to do. They finally got up and me and dad had to come back to my place to grab the roaster I had in the closet cause Hayes had nothing to cook the turkey in. But after we brought it back we went to the movies to try and catch the 3:45 showing of Sherlock Holmes. Of course it was sold out so we had to settle for the 5 o'clock show. We did nothing while we waited at dad's and went back to a packed house forcing us to sit in the front.
Sherlock Homes is awesome! I enjoyed it quite a bit and I want to see it again! I suggest you go see it cause you'll most likely enjoy it!
Now back to Christmas. We left the movie and returned back to dad's to await Hayes' preparation of dinner. I got a bit restless cause I felt there wan't anything for me to do and I didn't feel like watching any of the movies that were suggested/available. But the wait was worth it, Hayes as I've said before is an amazing cook. After having a bloated belly for a while I came home and rested a bit. Then I went and hung with Brittany and Tasha for a little while, exchanging gifts and all.
I figure I should just list what I got for Christmas so I can say how awesome my friends and family are.

The next day I went out with Tasha on an adventure to try and find some film for a Polaroid instant camera. But after our quest turned up nothing we gave up and went about our days preparing for the ugly sweater party later on. The party was fun, lots of fun people, many ugly sweaters, me in my Cosbyesque sweater. Also drinking, I did some but not a huge amount, but drinking games and Beatles: Rock Band with a few drunk pals is fun. Perhaps my favorite song we did was "A Day In The Life" cause Cory and I were singing along and when it was on the whole "woke up, fell out of bed" part we ended up flubbing the line just like Paul did when he performed it live once. Needless to say we pretty much lost it after that, but we finished the song well.
Another awesome part was that Aubrey showed up. For those of you not aware she is this girl in the Theatre department at school I met at a party Maggie had. She told me she was going to b there but she didn't get there to a bit after midnight or so? Anyway she found me downstairs playing Melee with Aaron and I said hey and all that and after getting the snot beat out of me I decided to go upstairs where I joined in a game of Hit or Miss, it was fun. Then as the party sort of began winding down we were sitting on the couch next to each other and we sort of snuggled all night. I was nice, I had hr in my arms like for a good portion of the night and we were all just sitting about talking and such until like 6 in the morning. Then when she decided to leave I walked her to her car and as we got there I hugged her and gave her a peck on the cheek. It's not much but for me it's a huge step seeing as I'm usually very reserve when it comes to things like this. I like her and I get the feeling she likes me, so we'll see how this develops. Hopefully I see her tonight or tomorrow at Brittany's party things.
But that's enough from me now. I should go be productive before tonight arrives.
