This semester isn't looking too bad.
German is still good; I'll be happy as long as things keep going the way they have been so far. Nothing beats a good Rammstein lyric translation.
I think i'll be able to manage CSP core (if I ever get around to writing that essay from last semester... it also might be a good idea for me to start attending class [and perhaps tutorials]).
The Question of the Other looks like it'll be interesting (tackling feminism, racism, etc.)... Peggy Heller seems like a good woman.
Logic: Deduction seems like it'll be easy enough (if I stick with it... I'm not a huge fan of the prof so far).
I think Philosophy of Religion is going to be good to the point where I'll actually want to go to class regularly (our first lecture clearly explained why you can't "choose to believe something", how the idea that you should respect other people's religious beliefs just because that's the socially accepted thing to do at the moment is just plain stupid, how certain religions are more condusive to violence and general insanity than others, meaning that certain religions are worse than others and it shouldn't be taboo to say so, etc.... we watched an interesting, very bluntly stated talk by this guy, who I like [based on the talk I saw, at least]: www.samharris.org ).
Still haven't checked out the mathematics for commerce course I'm signed up for. I'll probably drop it, unless I decide to drop Logic. Not really down with having morning classes every day of the week. Because I'm a lazy fuck.
Much Ado About Nothing is running from the 26th until the 28th of this month, King's kids. I get to beat up Parsons; you should come. It'll be really embarrassing for me in a dozen different ways. I still need to memorize the few lines that I have.
And for those of you who live nearby: if you have any old fabric (especially pants) you need to get rid of, I'll be glad to take it off your hands. Doing the whole amateur seamstress thing; it's going to be a good time. Pleas e-mail me if you have something you're enthusiastic about parting with and which you think might make a good purse (or purse-component, as it were).
Unsurprisingly, I think I'm going to be late for work again. Back to the old Thursday, Friday, Saturday grind.
