decision~
So. I've recently thought about starting to collect My Little Ponies.
Yeah, I'll do it! Just thought I'd inform you~♫
I've been a fan since I was a kid. I was born in the 90s, so mainly G2 and the shows (originals&MLP Tales). I've also been watching MLP Friendship is Magic, and I absolutely love it.
At first my favourite was Fluttershy, or so I thought, but I've completely lost my heart to Rainbow Dash!♥
Dash for all of you who don't know her.
I got Sofia, a friend of mine, to deliver me a toy Dash from a bigger neighbouring city. The G4 (and no, I don't mean the ponyville ones, I like to call them G3.5 and FiM ponies G4) have just recently come to stores here in Finland, and my city doesn't have them yet.. because it's so small. >___>
Well, here's my new darling, fresh out of the box!
Yeah, it's bad quality and you can't see her properly.. But I just snapped this with my cellphone, when I was showing her to my friend. I'm holding her hair like that because I'm going to cut it. Well, I don't really like her hair that much as it is now, and I think it would be lots better if it was like it's in the show.
That's why I'm gonna show you this person's Flickr photo. It's been cut so neatly! I intend to do something similar with my Rainbow Dash, but I guess I'll leave more hair for her actual mane and cut a little less for the fringe. And btw, Dash isn't the only one that person from Flickr has restyled, check out this group photo of the mane six!
And hey, I think anyone who's interested in the original G1 ponies and the movies&show about them would like this. At least I thought it was very interesting!
Now I've got 10 G2s, 1 G1 and 2 little G2s from McDonald's. + DASH!
I'll take pictures of them all later. And they've been lying in a storage room for quite a while.. So I've got to tidy them up a little. And that's not the only problem: when I was a kid and played with them, I did it outside too (mostly in Winter), so that's got them a bit worn out and so on. I rly dunno what I can do with them, there aren't so many tips for taking care of G2 ponies as there are for G1s. But I'll wash them and their manes and.. uh, I'll figure something out! :,D
