haven't posted in a while, but i figure since its 1:30 am and i can't sleep, this is a good way to kill time!
-chris and i celebrated our 1 year anniversary on the 16th of this month.
we went to the bodies exhibit which was super cool, went to the olive garden in a better neighborhood, and it was actually good. then we got drunk and had lots of really good anniversary sex. i got him arkham asylum when it came out in special edition form. i also got him a batman set of action figures that came with a comic. he's taking me on a mini road trip of california for my gift. and seeing dethklok in la.
-been cooking more. trying to cook healthy and exercise. got a mini trampoline.
- watching dexter. in love with that show. i got netflix. recommend some movies to me!
spinach soup made from scratch with nutmeg and pumpkin seeds as garnish.
this was soo good...and so good for you. completely vegan and delicious.
i never thought i'd use the blender for making soup!
i wanna try to mke a pumpkin soup from scratch. i love anything pumpkin.
i super love the pmpkin bread at starbucks. it tastes like pumpkin pie. DELICIOUS. i want the recipe so i can try to make a healthy version.
sauteed veggies, garlic and olive oil cous cous (the food so nice they named it twice) and a chile relleno without the fried egg coating, and low fat montery jack cheese. this was soooo gooooood. the pepper was my favorite part.
i made the orchestra cupcakes for practice. sadly, this wasnt from scratch.
cherry chip cupcakes with buttercream frosting and pink suar sprinkles.
a heart attack waiting to happen. but a delicious one.

some flowers chris got for me :)

so i plan on trying to loose 10 pounds by my road trip so i look cute in acid wash jeans and a dethklok shirt that i've metal-ed out by snipping off the sleeves. i hope this crazy trampoline works, it feels like it does!
