From TOSTATION's news update on Oct 4th this Cast Comment for the Bantorra was listed.
Lolz but it took me a while to notice the update.
Too much niconico, didnt go on to Tostation for awhile. (BAD MUNOU!!!!!!! *self slaps*)
Okay anyway with my poor Japanese knowledge, since the Hagaren Manga translations.
Here is another one of my shitty translations for fandom sharing amongst fellow Okawa san fans :3
P.S. for the pros out there, if you see me making mistakes on my translation please feel free to bash me as will.

実際にスタジオの中でも一筋縄ではいかないムードや雰囲気を感じましたか？
1. 「Tatakau Shisho The Book of Bantorra」is a series which contains quite a level of consistency.
Practically could a mood or an atmophere of "This series could not be dealt with in a normal way" be felt when you were in the studio?

スタジオでみんなが口々に言うんです。
「この作品、本当におもしろいよね」って。収録にあたって出来上がってきている絵からは、
スタッフのこの作品のに対する意気込みや愛情がビンビン伝わってくるし、
キャスト陣のやる気も一気に上がった！そんな初回のスタジオの雰囲気でした。

These words came out of everyone's mouth inside the studio.
「This series is truely very interesting」
From the artwork from the recording which was prepared,
The enthusiasm and the love from series created by the staff was strongly being transferred over.
This made the whole cast team's motivation towards the series raise rapidly all at once!
This was how the atmosphere was during my first time in the studio.

2. Would everyone please describe the character whom you are acting as for us.
大川透さん
僕の役は武装司書のマットアラスト＝バロリー。
いつもスーツを粋に着こなして、山高帽にパイプをくわえた、ダンディな男です。
ハミュッツの右腕。言ってみればNo.2ってとこですか。
たぶん一番腹の底を見せてくれない登場人物だと思います。
Okawa Toru san
The Armed Librarian I am acting as is named Matt Arasuto = Barori.
He always wears a suit stylishly, with a Bowler hat and holds a pipe in his mouth.
He is a man whom is a dandy.
Acts as Hamyutsu's right hand (very talented and trusted assistant!? perhaps)
Could be judged as No.2 (in terms of ability i suppose in the Busou Shisho organization as to Hamyutsu).
I think probably he is the one whom's bottom of his mind will not be able to be seen compared to all the appearing characters.
