Yes!!! Those English speaking so called Hagaren fans are dub fans......*Sigh* Lazy and Hopeless bunch I'd say.
Yea, I agree, learning a bit of Japanese isn't that hard for them is it? Online Japanese Dictionary, Online Hiragana Chart, Online Katakana Chart and googles. All set (For me ~^3^~)XDDD

To me most of those dub fans never paid attention to the quality of the anime they are watching. It's like if the translators feeding them rotten apples and they won't even take a look eating it right away. They will never consider brainstorming what big of an impact changing the cast team will bring to the series itself, like you said about imaging. All they think of is "We just have to adapt to it. Period. If you say no to the series because of cast changes you're not a true fma anime fan you noob!! You are just a voice actor fan!! How childish you are!! GTFO!!" <-----This is what I was flamed with on some stupid dub forum lolz. Roy Taisa's image to me should have a manly smexy voice being loud and clear, which when you hear him give orders you will agree he's a natural born leader type of person; as well as a Kawaii side cracking his voice at the right moment with the right tone when teased to be Munou. As we all agree Okawa san has shown us he has all of those factors PERFECTLY in the previous Mizushima Hagaren series. As true Hagaren fans when we see Roy Taisa, Okawa san's voice comes to our minds naturally. Therefore Okawa san succeeded in his imaging job from the Mizushima Hagaren ages.

Not enjoying the series in it's original language = A Waste + Never a TRUE FAN!!!!!
Many of those dub fans are just like a bunch of sheeps, controlled by the shepherds (translators). The most obvious example is Mustang Taisa's Miniskirt joke was suppose to be just a minor 4 Koma comedy. Because of Who Knows What!?'s translations, the dub fans are making such a big fuss about it. In their brains, Roy Taisa's whole meaning in Hagaren was = Miniskirt king or whatever blab.....=.=|| I was like WHAT IN THE WORLD?!.......For us Otakus whom know Japanese, we know that Roy Taisa being "MUNOU" or "Ame no hi wa munou desu ka ra"
is more of a selling point or main focus for our Lovely Taisa.
Yes, that is why I agree with you......those bunch of people have been mislead to understand the Wrong Personality of Characters in Hagaren and they still tend to believe they are true fans......=.=|| *dunno if I should laugh at them or what*
On the other hand is the dialogues in the manga.
After my first attempt to translate the Manga myself.
I found out how some translations can be so freaking far off from the Universe to the actual meaning written by Arakawa Sensei (e.g. The part where Armstong少将 was arguing with Armstrong少佐 about giving rather giving the mansion to Roy Taisa because She thinks that Roy Taisa is one tenth of a water flea sized ratio better than his brother; beside that The part where Envy was talking to everyone saying "You guys should do more strangling! Fight like Long Horned beetles Clang! Clang! that sort of way! Should be more entertaining that way!!"; as well as the part where Roy Taisa scold Envy saying "Blah Blah Blah, how irritating Baka!!" Those other translators never translated anything similar to the Japanese version). Also I dunno how on earth they can add local slangs / foul language (e.g. someone translated in the latest chapter the part where envy was yelling at Mei, 小娘 = bish, I am like OMG =.=||)and change names for Characters into the Manga like that (e.g. Taisa calls Edo, Hagane no = Steel Boy in Chinese for the HK version, it makes me wanna puke....X_X) .....=.=||So another check on your theory *Tick*
Therefore I have decided to join the rant with you about this matter as well.

Even you have observed hundreds of Miki's roles in all sorts of aspect. You still have no confident in him acting roy's role perfectly. You know another Miki fan said the same thing to me. Then this isn't just a coincidence.

Gives me "More Noes" to his percentage of succeeding to build a good image of Roy Taisa. His voice since the start gives me the feeling he is just not the one to give out orders, but the one to follow orders instead......Hold on a sec.....Is this the kind of Uke you were talking about........NOOOOOOOOO!!!!! Miki has his strengths I do agree, but acting the Role of Roy Taisa is just not his cup of tea.
About the directors, during the 1st series I thought Mizushima's bad fan fiction was gonna be the only spiteful thing of the Hagaren anime series. I couldn't have thought this new Irie director could be even worse...A selective genocide of the previous cast team...*Sigh*~ What would be next?! >:-{ My Anger scale to the MAX with you!!
Yes I do like Paku san, Kugimiya san, Fujiwara san (<---Haha, I love how he acts all cutie on the phone with Okawa Taisa causing him to get mad at him XDDD) and Kenji san (<---Everytime he says Wagahai, I tend to laugh like crazy. Dunno what got into me~ :-P) as well~ Loved Paku san during Hagaren Housoukyouku XDDD She's so funny and tends to cause a Chemistry even affecting the Shy Okawa san from back then to play around with them.
As for Okawa san and Fujiwara san's relation~
During Hagaren Housoukyouku and that Kaku no Chigai wo Miseteyaru Special DJCD, Fujiwara san was saying Okawa san was his Senpai from the same 事務所 (Mausu Productions), they have been in the same series from back in Dengeki whatever series lolz (I forgot already :-P)~ Yes it does seem they have been working along side with each other for ages. I guess that's why they worked out such a perfect combo together XDDD

Kabuto :-D Hee hee, for me I left off after Black and RX back then. Recently, I got back into Kamen Rider from Faiz (555), Kabuto, then Den-O (<-----Okawa san voiced a snow imagine monster in it, you can check it out when u have time XDD). After that Kiva and the current Decade both are not my cup of tea.

Haha for Flame of Recca I remember he was Recca's dad lolz, Oka-san had to react when he was kicked in the face by Recca it was so funny XDDD On the other hand, Oka-san's narration is so lovely. He recently did that in Macross Frontier, just loved it. But I wasn't a big fan of the series though.

I am starting to regret, why did I buy my Shounen GanGan in the first place......Though I was glad I got that Gekan Shounen GanGan SE Drama CD. Oh well.......:-P
I do wish as well I would be able hear Okawa san's voice in the Manga storyline version of Mustang Taisa. Too bad it won't be possible. All we can do is let our imagination do all the work for us when we read the Manga.

First the casts are introduced one by one and they have to say something about their character.
Oka-san said something like "徳川は十歳の子供です、子供です!!" I was like ROFL-COPTERS~ XDD
After that was this corner in the show, where the casts have to each roll a dice and whatever the dice lands on they have talk about that topic.
So Oka-san rolls the dice and got "A message to the Capcom Staff" Oka-san mentioned about how he asked one of the staff why they chose him for SUCH A FANTASTIC Character, he said the staff went like this "いいじゃないか?" then Oka-san was like =_=||

Yesss I do agree Paku san is a bully among the casts. But she does it in a nice, cutie and funny manner which you also said it was not the kind that is to be hated for. But Loved for. She is a sort of agent for creating chemistry among her fellow cast members. As I have said before the shy Okawa san, laughed alot and played along with them. I was so happy. That's why I love Hagaren Housoukyouku.
I as well thought they would be able to all come back along with Paku san and Kugimiya san. I wanted more Hagaren Housoukyouku fun. Too bad we wouldn't be able to get more, though they have the new radio program which you translated (Thanks) But it wouldn't be the same any more. At least to me it wouldn't.
You have a point with Arakawa Sensei not wanting to use her whole manga story in Mizushima's project yet. Causing Mizushima to us Aikawa Shou's Storyline. Yea that makes sense. I accept this reasoning.
But too me if they didn't have enough materials I rather they use Inoue Makoto's Light Novels stories imitating Natsume Yuujinchou's style of short story series. It would give the more ideas to create new Gekijoubans as well. *Wild Guesses*
I am still feeling spiteful for Roy's ending, as well as remembering Taisa saying 「最近は出番をないよ気が」 ,I do feel the same Okawa Taisa's role doesn't seem much......「焔 VS 鋼」、「焔の錬金術師、戦い少尉さん、第十三倉庫」 and maybe the last 2 eps were the ones which he actually got to pop up more.
I was having high hopes for Okawa Taisa to have more role in the Manga Storyline. Cause we already know what's gonna happen and what to await for. Too bad all was washed down the drain by one Official Announcement. *Sigh*
