Lolz yea haha.
I was actually trying to explore and find a way to make an online purchase which is not as risky + comfortable for me.

Going and ordering and doing everything at their headquarters here in person was my original plan if it was possible.

Unfortunately they pissed me off with the way they handled me and my mom on the phone.

Customer service is something which will tick me off.
If it's shitty I rather not buy a service anyday.
Even if it was something I had been looking forward to from so long ago.

I never wanted my stuff mailed.
Cause it's unsafe to me with so much theft in the local post office.
I had a web cam mailed to Australia stolen before @_@||

Anyhow everyone has different experiences with CrookAsia.
I thought to go to them because they werent having seriously bad comments about their orders in the first place.

But who would have known they would turn out to be like dump of garbage in the can when you just wanna ask simple questions?

If CrookAsia cant behave when answering simple questions before a purchase, how can I trust them to handle my mom's money?

Then If shit happens and they hung up on me like that,
I would most likely bring a can of gasoline and burn their headquarters. I aint joking.

I am not in good temper to handle customer service scums nowadays.

They're probably just not great on the phone because they're an ONLINE shop based in HK :P Isn't that just a natural assumption, lawl. Like I said, I never had a problem dealing with them online, so eh.

That mail theft problem sucks though, in which case you'd have to take extra measures to get items shipped to you. You'll need to get shipping options with at least a tracking number that you can track online, and probably insurance (separate fee). I've dealt with customers in Mexico who insist on getting both when I send stuff to them because of those theft issues.

Haha reserving max energy to serve online FOREIGN based customers then XD

The WORST CHINESE / HONG KONGESE tradition ever.
Crawling on their knee before foreigners
and acting like Kings to their own kind lolz.

This reminds me of the BEST BOOK EVER WRITTEN IN HISTORY.
"THE UGLY CHINESE"
HKD 100 avaliable in all book store near you >:3

Cheating and acting like asses when selling service to their own kind has been a habit for Chinese all over the world.

Being over so many places in the world,
I have learnt NOT TO TRUST CHINESE FOR ANYTHING.
EVEN YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS, RELATIVES OR SO CALLED FRIENDS can turn against you anyday.

Cunning is the way of survival to Chinese nowadays.

YESASIA CrookAsia has been a good example of that.

Anyhow lolz
I am so racists but blah >.>||

It's good that you have your ways to securing your orders so they arrive at your door from these online shops.

And Luck has been with you XD

I never have luck lolz.
