I was pulling into the school parking lot today, going about 10mph, when a homeless person on a mountain bike ran into the side of my car at like mach 5. The first thing he asked was if I had a pen so he could write down my license plate and drivers license number.
I asked if he was okay twice and both times he said yes, but why would he want my information unless he was going to try to sue me. I have liability insurance anyway, but it's the principle. He ran into me and there's a good chance he'll get money for it even though he isn't hurt and it was completely his fault.
This sucks.
