I am so tired today from not getting much sleep. My brain is moving kind of slow today, but its a good thing. I feel more serene in my mind than I have in many years. The cloud that seems to afflict my thinking at times with so many different unwanted, or should I say surplus thoughts has lifted to some small extent. The diminutive amount that has lifted, seems to put me in a place of content.

Who the hell knows what all this really means in the grant development of things right now. It does look to be a step in the right direction for me. Something that I have been thinking about doing is since I can't find a team to join right now for swimming, because I can't train myself very well. Is to look into maybe starting to do yoga at home after work, or even before i go in if it helps. I know its great for keeping your back and other parts very strong and supportive of the rest of the body. Thats one of my big weak area's, is my back.

I'll have to look to see about some beginner yoga video's and such to see whats out on the market. Maybe try the net also to see if any reviews are out on any that i might like. It is also said that Yoga will help with your mental state as well. So, that would be just an even bigger plus for me to do it.
